Martyredschizoism, also known as Paternalistic Conservatism or Martyredschizo Thought, is the ideology of Martyredschizo, also known as MS. Martyredschizoism is critical of liberal democracy in the Global South. It believes that the attempts and pressures to create liberal democracy have resulted in an elitist kakistocracy in the Global South. Martyredschizoism believes that, although elites can be productive and important, many elites in the Third World use the state as a machine for their own interests. Here, Martyredschizo differentiates between a "Productive" elite and an "Unproductive" elite. Martyredschizo believes that the economic elite of a country should be subservient to the state and its development goals rather than the other way around.
